The practice of Yoga to connect yourself with your physical body and beyond. The Yoga asana practice is suitable for every level; Vinyasa and Yin Style and Pre & Postnatal (mainly online). Teachings of Yoga Philosophy and chanting of Mantras to accompany your inner journey and guide you through your path.
